Mission
“Love All Serve All” together, as “One World One Family”
Our Services
Nutrition
We partner with Food Rescue USA, La Soupe, and JEE to fight food waste and hunger in Greater Cincinnati. Volunteers rescue surplus food, help prepare healthy meals, and deliver them to shelters, schools, and families in need — nourishing our community with dignity and love.
Healthcare
We’re raising funds to provide free pediatric cardiac surgeries for children with congenital heart disease (CHD), and to support the construction of the world’s largest completely free hospital in Muddenahalli, India. Every donation helps sponsor a surgery or fund critical hospital infrastructure — including much-needed beds.
Education
Scholar House – an after-school program for children of single mothers, where we provide tutoring, mentorship, and enrichment activities.
Off the Streets – a recovery and empowerment program for women who have experienced domestic violence, trafficking, or homelessness, where we lead mental health and wellness classes, including yoga and meditation.

Save a Child with the Gift of Life!
August 4, 2022 An Evening with the Legendary Sunil Gavaskar.
The Former Heart to Heart (H2H) Foundation Cincinnati Chapter (now OWOF Midwest Chapter) was proud to host an evening gala with the legendary cricketer and Chair of the H2H Foundation Board and Board Member of One World One Family Foundation, Mr. Sunil Gavaskar. We are grateful to each of our over 200 attendees and volunteers for their participation and support in helping make this event a grand success. We are happy to announce that our first event raised $108,000, saving 54 children with the gift of life.
This was an amazing first step, and our continued efforts are needed for the 35,000 children on our waitlist to receive free heart surgeries. Save a child today with the gift of life!.
